I think processing time for paperbased and online is just the same based on what i am reading in this forum.

Hi! I applied trv for my father online last friday (august 24, 2018). Status changed today to “we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements”. It says in the website that the processing time is 11 days. Hopefully, it will not exceed that time.

For the SIN and Health Card, the form should also be included in the form that you filled out in the hospital. For the passport, you should apply it on your own. Instruction is in the website.

If you are from Saskatchewan mostly likely before you will be discharge the staff will give you papers to fill out. One of it is the birth certificate application after a week or two you will receive the bc in your mailbox. I am from sk as well and just gave birth last year

Last may 13, I emailed Embassy Manila regarding the status of my passport & visa. Luckily, they replied and said that my application was already finalized and I just have to wait for travel docs to be delivered. Yesterday when I checked my ecas it already changed to DM...thank you so much God...
