Can I apply if I'm not living in Canada? And how do they check past work experience? Is it the same as express entry, a supporting letter stating noc duties, pay etc? Does the past experience have to be in the same skilled noc or can it be a level below the skilled in the same industry? Thanks!

I tell myself 'look you have completed the jobs given under the NOC full time for a year, that should be enough'. But it just doesnt feel like it is. 90% certain this wont happen for me

Unfortunately I left almost a year ago. And yes my letter lists both roles before I was promoted and was a bartender, and after once I was manager

My letter shows my roles as bartender and roles as 'manager on duty'.

Unfortunately we're done, I was just have the odd skype call with her. I guess my only hope is that they just realise I was doing the skilled work as well as other work on top which I would imagine is fairly common in my line of work? Ive tried to find other bar managers online but have struggled.

You are correct, so here we go. I have a years skilled work experience as restaurant manager. I have a very solid letter from my employer and they are a big company. My worry is that as well as managing I was bartending, basically doing two roles at the same time. My payslips say 'bartender'...

It would mean uploading scans of letters of employment and making them public for all to see which I'd feel pretty uncomfortable with seeing as I'm currently going through the process

Thanks for all your advice but I might as well just start again, the draw is on Wednesday after all so I'm not sure it would even save me any time. I put in my new LOE that I am sorry for the mistake and that it was genuine and not me trying to dodge the truth.

Is there any point in me emailing to explain my clumsy error in hopes of them reopening my case saving me money and more importantly time? I'm also worried if I don't explain myself they will think i was trying to hide something and it will affect my next application

In this thread sucesful applicants post the date they submitted all documents for PR after their ITA, the date they recieved their passport back from Canada and if they paid all fees upfront or only part of the fees as given as an option.
