The Physician should give you a medical report that you will use to upload to cic, but it should be about 1 to 2 weeks, depending on where you did the medicals.

KrishnaManohar yes i did click submit and signed the confirmation. It updated after a day, though i still lost some points which is rather frustrating. i Got the 30 points for Canadian Education. But now i am at 443 instead of 475.

Try adding your spouse's information, it may bump your points, and also getting your spouse to take the English or french test and adding those scores. If you have any foreign credentials, you can have them accessed for additional points (50 points).

KrishnaManohar, no my birthday was in June and points were updated then for age. the points dropped only after updating the Canadian educatin. I have changed the answer to no for the second question but still no change.
