    you need to write uci number there. I’m not sure you can ask from experts but according to me you should wait until your spouse got uci number.

    then you have to wait. Dont ask them same thing again n again. One of my friend have same situation and his spouse name came up after 8 months when he got medical request.

    then may be due to some technical problem your spouse name is not there. you can ask them to solve it or if they say so u have to wait then nothing you can do but wait.
