I applied on 30-10-14, both for PR and OWP. Does every OWP case 27 has same condition written on it?

Hi I received OWP which says "Conditions: Unless Authorized, prohibited from attending any educational institution or Taking any academic, professional or vocational training course. " can I take full time French language course with this OWP and CSQ?

A big NO!!!! You also need either OWP, or AIP letter. I didn't have AIP and the functionnaire simply refused to issue RAMQ card. After seeing my OWP, she was finally convinced..

Moreover for RAMQ, you need both CSQ and OWP, or CSQ and AIP. Have you received your OWP?

Thanks:)) I sent my application on 30-10-14, AOR on 3rd Dec, OWP received on 26th of feb, applied for CSQ on 2nd March,received CSQ on 24-3-15. I pray that you get yours soon. Have they charged 272$ for your appl?

MIDI charged CC on 12-3-15, I think they charge when they open your file for processing.

I sent request for csq on the base of 27-2-15 email. though my husband received another mail on 13-3-15 that previous mail was by error n we shouldn't apply for csq right now, I received my CSQ today:) hope you will get yours soon. I applied on 2nd march

I got AOR on 3-12-14, then on 27-2-15 received email that my file does not contain CSQ, so I should apply for it. I don't think it to be SA, well I really don't know what that letter was. You can see the letter text in above posts as well

Thanks, I applied on 2nd March. So it took 3 weeks. Generally ppl get it in 2-3 wks after applying
