Vienna have (or used to have) service in person on Mondays and Thursdays, I think. Check their web site for more info. Also on this thread you may read experiences of some members that went in person to get their visas (glak1234, Serdj977...)

I calculated from the date I re-did my medicals (the date I was in med offfice).

SoonCanada did u send them your passport along with your PPR letter (or on any other way provide them with your File #)? My point is that they were maybe not able to connect your passport with your case...

As far as I know it normally takes them 5-8 weeks to process 2nd medcals. Mine took almost 8 weeks.

Just to inform you guys - my visa was stamped on 25. April :) but Vienna sent it to Canada since I have a representative over there... Now, my husband is going to send it to me next week by DHL

Just yesterday I sent to Vienna ARC letter with proof of fee payment for the same (previously failed refugee claim...). This is what Vienna requested for a couple of week ago, but I also sent my passport (by advice of my council) though I did not get ppr yet. I dont know how much time now VO...

My address disappeared on 27.Jan. for the second time and still is not back! In the meantime I got a request to pay for the ARC :) I can see the end of this process soon... FINALLY!

I think the the address of Albany Clinic is 807 Broadview Avenue.

Mine too is missing since Dec. 18. There was many holidays in past 10 or so days... Lets hope for some good news this week when Visa Offices are back to work.

Hi , We received AOR from Vienna by email around ten days after sponsorship approval.

My ecas shows "In process" since 10. Oct. :)

Our representative received an AOR letter by email, dated 09.Sept. from VO Vienna stating that they have received our application. Now we can relax a little bit :)
