This rarely happen to PNP applicants and in almost 99.99% case Medical request will not be issued. So decision made before MR, its the bad sign. If its the otherway around there is nothing yo worry about

I think you wont get that mail if your application is being processed inland. So Sidney, NS is your visa office and you are inland applicant, right?

Hi. I just had a call with CIC call center agent my file was not touched by anyone. The new deadline for my application was set to April 4th 2016. I was asked to call back again after that day if I haven't heard anything from them

March 9th applicant get PPR this morning and June applicant still waiting for MR, if they want to keep overall 1 yr processing time from the time of application, they really need to ask for ME for June applicants right now. As after ME it will at least take 2 months to get PPR.

You will be better off if you apply your BOWP at the last minute so that you can take advantage of the implied status as you never know if your eligibility in GCMS notes will be set to pass before they review yout BOWP.

It does not matter to almost all people in this thread, as we are all in-land applicants. I personally will visit the border at the same day I got my landing visa, as our current work permit is about to expire. A flexible landing schedule is not necessary!!!!
