Just checked, when receiving test invitation, he emailed them that he will need to take the test from abroad then they replied with instructions how to take the test from abroad

It’s true. You can take the test from abroad, just let them know that and you’re good. My friend did it from abroad. However you can’t do the Oath from abroad.

You’ll receive it soon. Mine was received Dec 9 but I only got AOR Feb 20, 2 months and 11 days!
