Seniors please guide But with my limited knowledge..many people are submitting reference letters from colleagues along with affidavit starting the reason why you are not able to get jd from company. But I am sure self explained jd on affidavit are not accepted

Either use a separate sheet and make a similar format or you may write with the pen should not be a problem ....

If you want to claim points for your current job you need to submit reference letter from your current employer. Self declared jd not acceptable. Doesn't make any diffrence if you submit additional docs like itr etc. If you don't want to claim points for this job then it is ok

notarized copy not recommended ask testing authorities to issue you additional copy of result and submit primal with both applications Good luck

Thanks ack1990 Unfortunately no salary slips contains number of hours. In my case (PA) SSC contains DOB and my Father's name. But in case of my wife her certificate does not contain the name of parent it has only DOB. Should I prepare myself for negative outcome
