if they are looking to do 2 draws in Dec , they would not delay Nov draw by 3 days . it could be easier to make it 2 regular draws with 14 days gap only. their plan is to make 1 only in Dec , and maybe another one for the semi-skilled candidates.

mine was 437 but i did tef ( french exam ) so i gained 9 points .. so i just updated my profile to be 446 , i am waiting next draw
