Oh, that's weird. I linked it in Feb 2021 if I remember correctly.

Yes, I was able to link it online using the application# in the AOR.

My Parent's application was also in "Application Received" status until June 17th 2021 and then moved to "In Progress" now. Note: I applied on June 27th 2019 and received AOR on Jan 2021 - Krubzee
