yes, ndvo is working though a slow pace...actually these guys have to deal with afghanistan app and the staff is not increased in numbers...also they have detected fraudulent marriages so they r being careful...undoubtedly ppl like us who are genuine suffer...also the non-uniformity depresses...

hi everyone, I have a que....my pcc for india is valid till Aug and I can easily get a new one if it is demanded....but the PCC for US is valid till September 2013...is it possible that NDVO migt ask for US PCC again? It was a long process - getting fingerprints from india, sending it to FBI...

Hi Simran, You don't need a job to sponsor your spouse....It will be good if you show some funds in your bank or if you have a house but it is not the requirement...My husband got job after 1 month of his Sponsorship Approval and now he sent the Employment letter to NDVO....Even the CIC...
