Hi rs3710, I also have the same case as urs but I was on dependent visa in US...My advice would be to choose NDVO only ,bcoz when ur application will be processed u will be in india not US...why don't u come back to india and then apply with ur medicals done again in india... I don't know...

I agree with chatwant and bless us that one needs to be "lucky" to get ip like vikas....Im happy for vikas to be in process as he shared the gr8 news with all of us..... also it is a kind of msg that ndvo is hastening its speed for some reasons, a guess of course.... they might be clearing all...
