u should send them new generic application,new additional to u and your spuse,new 100-1 form,birth certificate of new born. u can send all these things scan copies to there email immigration@gov.sk.ca

i agree with u, now a days they mostly approving big employers and not putting eye on small employers. friend of mine have a small employer and they r waiting from june 2012 ,just for employer registration in there department. really the system is not working and after may 2012 it really got...

really the employer department is very very slow and rude. most of the time they do not bother to respond any emails or quaries. i dont no what is the problem with them. the system is not working ,its totaly flop new system after may 2012.

friend of mine also got nomination last month. as per my information if any pakistani applicant is going to apply for work permit after nomination in islamabad,he wont get it. and it will waste of arround 6-8 months ,thats why its better to apply directly to CIO for immigration. :'(

its a long waiting time. is there any complication in your case? i mean may b they asked u many time about required documents updates? what about your employer verification, because now a days he have to register first before your approval.

Fazan be patient now a days every body is applying in SINP after closing of federal, thats why they have too much burden with limited employees ;D in there office. but if u r online then take a good sleep ,now r in safe zone. 8)

lucky guy, if u would try to apply now days then u must need job offer. which is quite difficult in your NOC.

did they refused u or still under process?

it wont be a good idea to apply for student visa in this age, they will refuse it .
