Did u send email to cpc ottawa to enquire about ppr? After dm file are transferred to ottawa for ppr so try this. I hv never seen ppl waiting almost month after dm ,unless they send ppr to wrong email.

He got decision made last month and still waiting... that's why am saying that because 99% chances that they sent his ppr to wrong email.

My buddies applied 18 March 2017and 22 March 2017 got ppr last Thursday and Friday respectively. Other one who applied 26 March 2017 is still waiting.

Call them again... maybe next agent can look deeply into matter because some agents are useless and they don't want to see ur application properly and just keep saying 19 months 19 months bla bla ... ur application is already approved so calling them won't hurt processing maybe it will make it...

They will help u if something went wrong with ppr email in worst case u can email CIC Ottawa or raise issue via case specific enquiry form. Good luck

In my opinion u should call ircc because last year they sent ppr email to wrong email address for someone ,'I read in other thread', he kept calling them after decision made them they figured out that ppr was sent to wrong email address.

U must apply before first one expires otherwise u need to apply for restoration also. For online applications ircc website says 52 days processing time
