I send mine on October 6th and called FBI for status. They said they were finishing up October 3rd & mine should be done in next few days. keeping my fingers crossed

I sure will let him know. can't help him much with that. i think he has all his papers in place except police certificates which we all know are painful & endless wait ::) ::) ::)

This is what I thought process was but wanted to take expert advise here. I'll tell him not to submit his PCC & fees anytime soon :P :P

my friend received his MR, PCC & Payment request last week & did his medical on Friday but he is planning to get married in early Jan. What should he do to add his future wife to his application? any suggestions/recommendation? his to-be-wife don't have birth certificate but she got notarized...

No, only General test scores are accepted. you will risk reject with academic test scores

Sorry to hear this news buddy. I suggest you to apply again ASAP with modified job letter. I don't think it should be a problem. good luck to you mate
