Yea I've been to website but they say they have rule of sanctioning only 75%. Moreover, there are many facilities stated online but in reality you are never given by the bank.

Re: query for original documents @ Pakistan visa applicants We never give them originals. Just notarized photocopies and if they need it, they will ask you, as simple as that

Open ontariocolleges.ca , select ur program, level etc, u'l c ur preferred options. Fanshawe is offering graduate certificate, lambton too in Information Technology. just do basic search.
