There was a trick in this document. In the PDF version, there is a sentence on the bottom 'should be stamped by a university seal'. However, when you print it out, that sentence will not be displayed. Be careful with this.

Yes. I heard someone mentioned this, like watermark. The hidden picture in the paper, the same paper as the thesis printing paper with hidden university logo. But for my letter, they used the common letter paper (I double checked the paper). And it worked.
