Exam passed 20/20. Question: How do you receive decision made? Email & CIC status?

Still did not get answer for my original question. If they deal with the time very strict, yes I will find a babysitter, and arrive 30 minutes earlier. If it is not that much, I will arrange to arrive on time, and possibly late few minutes due to whatever reason of delay. Thanks anyway.
