    Affidavit template - Work Experience

Thanks yogigal. I'll be using 2 affidavits to explain my job duties in 2 different companies. The companies have provided me with the standard Letters of Experience, where they do not mention duties (1 also doesn't mention pay and working hours). The affidavits will be signed by...

    Affidavit template - Work Experience

Hi all, Can somebody share the wording of the affidavit they've used in lieu of the official experience letter from their employer? I didn't find any around here, I intend to post the one I create when I'm done with it for guidance to others. Though would be useful to hear from other members...

For the people who have applied under NOC 1111

    Thank you Asivad Anac

Hi Asivad, In regards to affidavit for job experience letter, my ex-colleague is no longer in the same organisation. Would it still work if they write an affidavit for me? If so what should we say in the affidavit regarding this particular point? Thanks!

Cost of Living estimations for new immigrants

Researching living costs in Toronto, I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised that it is not as expensive as I anticipated, though perhaps my judgement is far from perfect after living in London for a few years. One_Topsy's link indicates about a 1/3 reduction in living costs in Toronto compared...

For the people who have applied under NOC 1111

Hey guys, Did you guys get your chartered accountancy certificate assessed? I'm asking this because under the "Employment Requirements" under NOC 1111, it mentions a university degree and some sort of an accounting certificate. I'm masters-level educated and a CMA. I had already sent my...

    Thank you Asivad Anac

Oh my days. Thanks. These are some troublesome requirements. I'll probably need to get an ex-colleague to back up my responsibilities and duties in one of the jobs. What's the process on getting an affidavit/ notarized declaration ? Are they the same thing? I'll write a letter and get my...

    Reference letter?

One for each work experience you're claiming points from under CRS.

    Thank you Asivad Anac

I think it's necessary to mention the hours since it's specifically mentioned in the requirement. I think the reason behind this is that different companies/ countries regard different working week hours as either full time/ part time. In Canada it needs to be at least 30 hours per week IIRC...

UK Residents - Experian credit report for Proof of Funds ?

UK guys, This is being discussed on another thread. Just to make sure I understand this correctly, scanning the official bank statements received by post from the bank is sufficient for EE. No stamping/ signing is required.

OOPNP / OINP proof of funds documentation

I'm not applying for PNP. As far as EE/ ITA is concerned, I understand that no documents need to be physically sent anywhere. I'll be scanning the original statements I receive from the bank, and uploading them to my application. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
