I have started the PCC. Have an appointment tomorrow, hope all goes well. Next will clear the medical test. Then will ask my employer for reference letter.

If you have submitted your profile to CIC that's basically you submitting your expression of interest to move to the country. However, at the later stage, post ITA, if the documentation to support this EOI isn't found to be upto the mark they can reject your application basis unable to provide...
