My wife had her remedical done in December 2013 the only update we got was her ecase changed to "in process" on March 14. And our file is still in Islamabad (verified by emailing London). Other than that no news.

according to my caip notes my file is still in Islamabad. I've emailed London to verify this but have not gotten a response in almost 2 weeks

But usually an email is sent to advise the file has been transferred to London right? My wife has not received any such email.
