Montreal Visa Office ... Let's connect here.

This week marks 6 months of processing time for my application. I called IRCC call center and was told that it is going to take longer because: 1- My eligibility is under review required (They dont know why, and my GCMS notes do not say why either) 2- They often have to wait for other non-IRCC...

@cansha any idea as to why my analyst recommendation is RR? everything else in analyst note seems OK (there is a note about my company being acquired by another company and that is written in bold, but otherwise duties and all other details are OK)

It is a holiday season so I would definitely expect a delay. IRCC is not exactly great at meeting deadlines unfortunately.. You can inquire about your request by emailing ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca and providing the tracking number you got when you applied for the notes. I hope you will hear from...

Thanks for responding! It seems like we have very similar circumstances, are you FSW Inland as well? I am not sure how common Review Required is, so hopefully other members on the forum can shed some light on that.

I am I-FSW applicant, Montreal office. I called IRCC today and was told my eligibility is "under review". I am not sure if "under review" is the same as "Review Required". Does anyone have any idea whether they are the same? Here is my timeline: AOR: August 31st MEP: September 13th ADR (RCMP...

Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

You are fine, it does not matter if your study permit expires as long as you applied in time. You can also work while waiting for a decision if you meet the following conditions (copied from CIC's website): Can I work while I am waiting to receive my post-graduation work permit? You can work...

Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

Remember that the "official" processing time as of today is 95 days (which is too long). It is quite weird how the processing seems to have stopped all of a sudden for 2 weeks or so, but ultimately 60 days is still well ahead of IRCC's deadline (95 days) as far as they are concerned.

Full-Time work experience which was part of educational program outside Canada

I have a question about work experience, my situation is a bit confusing so I would highly appreciate your help. I completed a 4-year bachelor degree outside Canada (in the UK), where my third year was a 12 months paid internship. Although the internship was full-time, I was also still...
