It seems all who allied in October 2014 are getting replies since start of march. I dont know why November cases are delayed.

90 days start from the day they receive your file. not from the day you get your file number. I have confirmed with PNP office

Did you try emailing them or Calling PNP office because officially your 90 days were completed on April 7. As they promised 90 days is what maximum time frame looks like. (Dec and Jan excluded)
