Feb 2014 test & interview passers

O Canada, when we took the test, we were told that we are prohibited from sharing questions that appeared in the exam. That's all. Because we have been told explicitly by CIC staff to not share questions, most people (including me) won't. I can tell you that if you Google for citizenship canada...

Feb 2014 test & interview passers

What notes should I ask for? Is there a particular phrase? I don't want to say, I am worried I might get an RQ so I want to prepare in advance etc. They might then ISSUE me a RQ just because I asked for it. lol, Should I just request ATIP notes instead?

Feb 2014 test & interview passers

No. Given that there are so many reports of different agents answering differently, I don't think they can answer any questions like that. Also, I think to get notes, you have to file ATIP request.

Feb 2014 test & interview passers

News related to Scarborough Town Center office -- Not me but my "friend" took test in Scarborough Town Center on Feb 11, 2014 morning. He has been scheduled for oath on March 7, 2014. So, looks like STC Feb test takers are starting to receive oath invitations now.

Test on 29th Jan 2014 at 25 St. Clair ave east

Oh, you got RQ after the test? So, does this mean, you now have to wait 24 to 36 months for your oath?

    April 2013 applications

My file was transferred to Scarborough office on January 14, 2014. After how many days can I expect to hear from Scarborough local office? I am guessing they'd either send RQ or notice for test. One of those things. But how many days do they take?

    April 2013 applications

Update on this. I called call center and they said my file was transferred to Scarborough local office on JAN 14-2014. I am guessing that it means 1. I'll be getting RQ. I think everyone from Scarborough office gets RQ. I should start preparing documentation right away. Does anyone know how...

    April 2013 applications

I don't think they were forced to re-run background check. I think it's quite possible that they opened the application, looked at name-change request and paused processing to ask my wife for more documents. Maybe if she hadn't requested a different name, the application would have gotten...

    MAY 2013 Applications (Citizenship)

Yeah, based on CIC website, I'd imagine that May 2013 applicants won't be getting test-date for more than a year. Once you take your test, the oath ceremony doesn't take that long. So, how can people get test dates in less than 1 year if CIC says processing time is 25 months? I read in this...

Well, according to CIC site, processing time is 23 months+. So, how can we get test-dates in less than a year?!
