Alot of the applicants from 2015 waited 10-13 months for sponsorship but KVO is working faster on 2016 applicants and they are getting calls around 8 months In addition, paying all fees upfront will help. And medication and police check done with application

I called CRA and requested the proper form for Immigration. It doesnt look the same as a normal NOA
