Quebec Process is not fast at all. It took me 9 months to get the CSQ And after 14 months In the federal process I got the MR. and.......... it may go to 22 months.

They don't add anything to e-cas to make you understand that they sent them.

No dear, They didn't send any e-mail to notify that they had sent the MR. They just sent it by mail. You can't know when they will come until they come to you residential address. You definitely depend on your in-laws to check your mails and inform you, on the contrary you will miss them as...
