It looks like the officer considers your current Reference Letter covers less than 8 duties that match the duties NOC 2131 states. So maybe try to make it more than 8.

I assume NS is going to start e-process, soon. Or maybe already starting using it, or a combination of manual processing & e-processing, for all fore-Dec-17 applicants.

Congratulations to all. I agree with Skywalker_RT, the stream may re-open. Or there is going to be some actions from NS, they may changed their process or etc, or, why suddenly all (or so many) pending applicants receive their pre-AOR simultaneously.

ditto, it seems to me that priority would be "assigned" after AOR... But the only thing we can do, is wait and be patient...

Hi MASF, I just asked one of my friend checked, the case i remembered happened on an applicant in China, he also posted a thread in a Chinese Forum. He never claimed points from his spouse. But anyway, I do hope that was a single case...and would never happen again

Does it means someone receive response from NSOI in 2016.02 although he/she is July 2015 applicant?? But Feb 2016 as far as I can see, NSOI should process applicants around June or May applicants... Any one have explain?

I think someone did. It happened in early of 2015, January 2015, I checked through all pages about this topic from 2 months ago, that case I do remember, a lot of people discussed about that but no conclusion --- if my memory is not wrong :P

As far as I can remember, there was one applicant didn't pass the completeness check coz he didn't send any education certificate for his spouse to NS, in early 2015, is it?
