Has anyone heard of any applicant (past or present) who’s visa office was Ottawa and processing time was more than 6 months? I’d like to know if Ottawa visa office has begun taking more than 6 months?

I am Oct 6th AOR. Yours is the exact same status as mine. What hurt me most was that this was my status as at January 4th 2019 when I called them, also same status as at March 7th when I called again and also on my GCMS gotten March 14th. I’m literally losing hope to be honest

Just got my GCMS after two weeks of requesting. Says my Eligibility is passed, Criminality Ongoing and Security not started. But reading through the notes I’m seeing Recommended Pass for Criminality. What does Recommended Pass mean ?

I hear it is raining PPR for October Applicants now and come Mid March, it's going to get heavier. This gives me a lil more hope.

Does anyone have an idea of how long criminality and security take to complete? Do you think both can be done in two weeks? I feel happy knowing I've got GCMS on the way and also got 25 days left on my application but feel bad knowing my criminality hasn't been completed and security hasn't begun.
