I think and believe that your assessment should be logically ok with them and should be able to secure points - being highest degree in engineering (I assume you have sent ECA of Masters.). They wont bother to join both sets, but will only entertain when your initial application put on computer.

It means it would take months to even get the acknowledgment from CIC that they ahve recieved the documents?
