Didn't try today but I did notice this last week as well. Usually calling 3-4 times consecutively gets me in the queue but last week I had to try calling 8-9 times consecutively 2-3 times before I finally got in a 40 minute queue.

Alternatively do you think its just the case of the call centre agents not knowing/not being able to see enough on their systems hence this mismatch? For instance, most people will have eligibility under progress till the end, even if its actually cleared. The only way to know your eligibility...

Its not that ip1, ip2 are not valid. Its just that its not the terms cic actually uses. The trend of using these terms came in because usually the application are processed in stages and ip2 or bgc starting usually means eligibility, medical etc is over etc etc. I could be wrong here though ...

Took a day for me. Subject should have your application number. In the message give your family name, uci, stream applied.

Did you have any updates since May then? Has your BGC started? What is your review for? I know my review got over due to the fact that my eligibility is cleared and BGC started. I am thinking of waiting this week out before ordering gcms/cbsa notes for the 2nd time .
