Has anyone here done their Medical Exam in Guyana? My husband went here to do his fingerprints, and so I'd like him to go here again for the Medical Exam. I've been trying to call the panel physician in Georgetown Guyana to book his appointment, but there's been no answer all day. Has anyone...

It's crazy how much it's changed. 6 years ago, my sister in law married her husband 3 months after first meeting him. She put in the application right away and he was in Canada 7 months later. Now nothing seems to be under the year mark :(

Hi there! My husband is also from Cuba and will need to travel out of the country to do his medicals. He's already had to travel to Guyana in July to complete his biometrics. However I've heard Trinidad may be cheaper, so I may send him there instead once he receives the medical request. Just...

Thats for sure! I had to fly my husband to Guyana to get the biometrics done (which was an $1800 trip), and a week later the news came out that they reopened in Havana for biometrics and visa dropoff/pickup. Ugh. Really hoping they reopen for medicals in Havana soon too. This is too much stress...
