Yes now the BIOMETRICS is done, but my dependent is outland- her BIOMETRICS is also done, but because my dependent is outland, and people are saying IRCC is putting Hold on such applications. Any one on same boat like me ?

This is so unfair, its very less chances that they will approve Visiting visa.
