I had emailed scan copy of latest official bank statements last week, and give the answer of officer's final question. Question was: why my intended community for settlement is Halifex?

It is a positive sign which means your application contains no serious issues, and case office has no confusion. Hopefully, You will get positive assessment result soon. ;)

Any AOR recipient applicants got additional information/documents request from NSOI officer last week?

if above statement is true that means NSOI officers are doing corruption. They returned my application because of cap reached. My noc code was 2174 and application reached on 17 March 2014.

I am also hoping that. but It entirely depends on program officer. Till now i have not received positive impression from him regarding nomination, even, he did not give reply acknowledgement for any query or additional requested documents submission but gave deadline for it. So, how can i sure...

My application reached on 17 March 2014 at 4 PM NSOI time last year. Still I failed to fall with in the cap. :(

Initially, I have sent bank statements from my online bank accounts, but officer did not accept it. he suggested me to collect official bank statement from bank with signed and stamps. I will sent it this week because officer send me email when bank was closed in my country due to weekly holiday.

@ dukhi : if above Nomination information is true, then we have a good chance to get some sort of outcome result within 2-3 weeks and hoping NSOI have few days left to shower mental harassment toward us.
