    My medical check up was great...just routine one with few laboratory test...Blood n urine. If you have any chronic illness , make sure its controlled ... also drink plenty of water. Everything will be fine...InshaAllah All the best

    Hi, No need to notarize ...just translation from a certified translator is enough. You need to send them by email unless its mentioned so. Hope it helps and good luck.
