Can someone please tell me where the AOR is mailed from, does the envelope have an address on it? Is it from Syndey or your local office?

Is the application number the same as file number? or are those totally different things?

Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Online Request https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/requesterInformation They will send you a copy of your file and you can see if there are any notes on it that would explain why they have taken so long to process you oath letter!

sorry to hear that's odd have you tried ordering an ATIP record?

To be honest I'm not really sure! I think its most likely too early for our files to be transferred to local offices, my understanding is that ecas becomes active while files are still in Syndey.

There are a lot of variables that can influence when the test will be scheduled such as your location, type of application, the officer assigned and more importantly how lucky you are! Given all the changes that are happening, its more of guessing and speculation game right now, but compared to...

Based on what I have understood it seems that the letters are sent at a later date, not the date that application is received although your ecas shows that they sent it on July 30th! They have most probably sent it on the day that your ecas became active! I havent recieved mine either!

Hi Fort Mc. So they sent back your application despite them activating your ecas in the first place? I thought once they activate your ecas your application won't be sent back as incomplete!! and your ecas has both dates on it now? The first one from may and now this one!
