May be the delay is due to CHC run out of quotas. i read in a news article that FSW quota cap has reached. that was then end May. and the new quota is issuing effective 1st July. from what i gathered the number of quotas for NOC is also differs. this can be one reason, and there can be many...

Yeah we Applied 8 th Jan 2008. Medi done 29 th feb 2012. Medical Reached singapore 12th march. Paid RPRF already.Ecas Updated to medical Recieve after 4 yrs. Hoping for the best!.

No, impatiently awaiting. but i once went to CHC and checked the status, the girl in the corner seat said our medi & sec are ok and now it is in the queue (again) for VO next step. when inquired how long to wait, no clue as so ever........... so iam waiting, fingers are crossed. by the way...
