    Sorry to hear about the refusal. Hope everything will settle and you will re-unit with the family sooner. Even I planned to apply TRV for my wife, now I have to wait for the PR only.

    No, they will not use that TRV biometrics. I had the same situation and gave a new biometric for PR.

    The timeline for the compassionate/humanitarian grounds application says it will be 22 to 30 months in the CIC website.

    But as per the latest update in the thread they were able to deliver the package in the CPC - Mississauga. Any news on CPC- Nova Scotia. I assume it is closed as we are not seeing any updates in the tracker after 3/14.

    It is the information you know like PA details, DOB and passport details While linking the application you should include the sponsor + PA + dependents for the number of applicants in this application.

    "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." Is this a default message or they had already started the background check? I am yet to get the biometrics and medical request.
