I didn't want to clutter with a new thread... My girls are 3 months old now and my last step in the process is a guarantor. We are in the US and don't have anyone in Canada or with a Canadian passport here that has met them. Who can be their guarantor?

MIL was born in US. My twin girls were born on 1/26. I was born in Canada. We're hoping my wife can somehow get hers too but we'll see, doesn't seem likely. MIL dad was born in Ontario in 1933.
