Hello, I'm from Argentina and requested my police certificate online and they sent it to my e-mail so is not an 'original'. Would I just have to print and send it along with its certified translation. Is this correct printing a police certificate?

It has the 'to' , I thought that means when status would expire if not receiving PR. You mean I should put the date I plan to send the application?

I think you gotta go here https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp but I'm not sure It looks like you are past it, since their website says they are working in August 11 apps (and its delayed info)
