Hi Chris- I asked the same question some time ago and was told you have to land in Canada by one year after your medical or by passport expiry, whichever is soonest.

You should hear any day now, the CIC table for family class sponsorship processing times says 42 days, working on applications received around 14 April. I think PinkLady landed in April so it was probably a busy month for her, I think she's catching up as and when she can! Hope you hear good...

How exciting! Although many people on this thread would agree the waiting after you submit is agonising! And i just don't know what to do with my time now that I don't have the application to work on...

Thanks, Royal Mail told me the tracking number is valid for Canada Post which would be responsible for it in Canada. The tracking number isn't valid with parcel force or fed ex so will get hold of Canada Post. This is so frustrating!
