Hi All, I was wondering if anyone knows what is the latest AOR(outland applicants that didn't get transferred to Ottawa) that got PPR and when did they get it. I am just trying to analyze how much longer I will have to wait in best case scenario.

No worries. Thanks for the information! I called up CIC today and came to know my VO is Montreal, as we all may know that Montreal takes minimum of 5.5 months before giving out pprs, so I have no hopes until February.
