Personally, I advice you to not go with a name change before you get your oath done and have your citizenship in hand. After that, do whatever you want to do and follow the procedure for that. I believe that anything you do now (i.e, before your oath) will affect your oath moment and who knows...

Today's Update The processing time is now reduced to 86 days (i.e., from 93). As mentioned, they are working on applications received on February 18, 2016.

Hi user3000, I have not received anything and my e-CAS is not updated yet. I really hope that my application is approved and the card is mailed to me.

No one knows. It varies, as it depends on so many CIC factors. Based on this thread, some people it took them ony 12 days from AOR to DM. Some took them more.

In my case it took 3 days
