It doesn't matter what you do to earn income. Is the income sufficient enough to take care of yourself and your spouse that is the question.

not AT ALL however it will allow them to think tht she is eager to come to canada so that is why she married to you so you will need to prove your relationship is genuine show them and send them everything you could possibly send to prove ur relationship. photos, conversations, text messages...

No need for contacting the MP it is not even a month late. They are just doing a national criminal check for the sponsor, some sponsors they do that

I am also from sri lanka don't worry they will send you your SA. Some sponsors from sri lanka go through normal check up some go through security check which take a bit longer. but don't worry you will receive your SA soon...

If you have children they do want to know how you will support your family. Spousal sponsorship has no income requirements but you have to show how you will support your children and your husband. Explain and show how you are living you should not be receiving any government cheques. unless...
