I emailed them December 11..took them 2 damn months to reply back.

Today I got an email from Jason Kenney's office that the application is pending background checks..as soon as this stage is complete they will issue the visa. Praying that it's very soon. It's been 2 months since we submitted updated police certificates.

Have you tried ordering the GCMS notes to see whats going on?
