Hey. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture of it. However, I clearly remember the document having a note- "Flagpole". The officer even asked me if I intend to visit US. I told him yes. He told to apply for the USA visa as well. Hope this helps. Cheers.

Have you validated your COPR? Are you now a landed immigrant and just waiting for the PR Card? If yes, then take your validated COPR to the nearest Service Canada and get your permanent SIN and then apply for the new health card. If you have not validated the COPR, then do that first. Here is...
