He explained what the situation was and then asked what does "on hold" status of our application mean (that's what was written in GSMC notes). They told him it means it's on hold for now due to COVID because some government departments...

Thanks. He called the same number and couldn't get anyone on the phone. I guess it only leaves us to keep trying until someone answers.

What number did you call? My husband tried several times last week, the number he called before all this started, and all he's getting are recorded messages. He tried picking all the options they gave but never gets to the real person on the other side.

I got a reference number a day or two after I ordered them. Tracking wasn't really working but support team was really helpful, they replied every e-mail right away. I got CAIPS/GCMS in less than 30 days but the rest of it is delayed.

Yes, both my husband and I had to sign the consent and had to pay to order it. But we got it real fast. One part at least. The second part they got a message from the Immigration that due to Covid, it will take some time, so instead in 30 days time they give it another 60 days. So in August.

We got our notes few days ago and application status says On Hold and reason More information required. Mind you, we never got any requests for more information or any papers or anything. Last time we heard from them was in December and we're November applicants. Did anyone else get that? I...

I just logged in to check GCKey and progress bar is gone :oops: Now there's a notice in the middle that says Application status We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
