Do you have an idea where is the location of the returned application August 28th applicant, Canada or outside Canada?

I tried to call many times today, I couldn't go beyond the automated message which requested me to enter my file number (which I don't have) then the automated message continued to tell me that they are experiencing high volume of call and they can't transfer my call to an agent :(

I am August 25th Applicant, it tried to call CIC call center to get my UCI, but unfortunately I couldn't get through to an agent, the automated message was telling me to enter application number (without letter), I waited for the message to finish two times, then the automated message was as...

I don't see any peak, in the past few days last CC charging was 18th July, it is not moving, no one reported 20,21,22 July. It is almost the same as before.

for rejected files, do they use self addressed label provided by the applicant?

I managed to get the minimum in french in 3 skills as second language, unfortunately for reading I got it below CLB5, I don't think they will give 3 points out of 4, correct?

I am August 25th applicant NOC 0113 Application received by DAN. It seems that Dan was very busy in August :)

I lean towards your answer, I think country of issue is intended for those who are stateless or those who don't have valid travel documents from their country of origin. But my friend wanted to mention the country of residence since passport was issued there instead of country of nationality.

Any more suggestion please?

Hi Seniors, If my passport is issued in a foreign country i.e. in the embassy of my nationality, what shall I mention in Generic application form in passport "Country of Issue"? Country of my Nationality or Country of Issuance?

I am waiting until December 1st before filing another application, and although my country of residence is Saudi Arabia, I put my relative address in Canada as the mailing address. In case of rejection I should receive it within a month I guess.

I hope this is true, I am expecting reply from CIC for my application by mid December, It will be great news if I have more time to resubmit in case of rejection. But why they kept such important issue subject to speculation?

More Importantly when the application was returned from CIC, it will give us an indication about number of days taken for completeness check

My application received by Quebec Immigration on 10/6/2014. After many follow up calls to customer care, I understand that my bank draft was encashed on 26/8/2014 and my application is under process and soon I will receive file number. Until now I didn't receive AOR? anyone has similar case?
