Just simple, Go to bank and request to prepare your bank draft. if possible prepare from international Bank. After completing bank draft, give signature back side of Bank Draft. ATTENTION! Cheques must made payable to the "Ministre des Finances du Québec" and must include, on the reverse...

I did my bank draft from Standard Chartered Bank, Bangladesh. it was full A4 size page and has two parts. i wrote my name back side of bank draft in 2nd part.
