I think its 3 banking days since for my case it was put for encashment on 10July and i received my PER on 15Jul in which I assume it was encashed duering that day since they will not give us PER unless our DD is encashed..

I think it is also applicable to Philippine banks.. hope to hear good news from CIC.. for my case, my app was received on May 13th, however no email yet from CIC nor from the bank.. well i called them and they told me that DD is still outstanding..

We are facing the same delimma.. i think we need to give a week's timeline to wait for any DD encashment..after that, if nothing still we need to worry.. hehehe

I should have asked the same query since we will be left hanging until our files will be returned.. I am in the state of confusion..should I wait or should i accept that we are rejected. So difficult.. :(

I think the spreadsheet is updated however we are not sure how many have sent their files to CIO..once you receive ur WES report, submit ur docs immediately. It doesnt mean whoever submitted first will be able to make it to completeness check so take chances.. GOod luck to u too kabayan!! Ill...
